Fully Managed Service
Our fully managed service in Bristol is hands off for landlords. We will market, find and place the best tenants in your property, then fully manage your property adhering to all current guidelines and legislation.
You’ll be regularly updated on the property condition, have a annual property review with us and we are always on call to assist with any issues or advice you need. With a dedicated property manager you will always know who you and your tenants are dealing with.
We pride ourselves on clear communication, so you’ll receive a monthly income statement and update on any changes in tenants, inventory reports or change to the property.
Annually we will review the property and your portfolio with you, seeing how you can maximise your return and yield on the property. We’ll also go through the latest inventory, any works we think are required and the current status of the property so you have clarity on the status and condition of your property.
Full Management is 10% of monthly rent (12% inc VAT)
Fully Managed
For landlords who prefer to manage their property themselves but need help finding the right tenant.

Missed rent is covered during arrears and eviction, with 75% of rent paid for 3 months post-recovery for repairs. Mediation, court, bailiff, and locksmith costs are all covered too.
