Our let only service in Bristol is perfect for more hands-on landlords. We will expertly market your property on all the main portals, including to our tenant database. We find, credit check and reference your new tenants including guarantors. All while advising on any legislation and compliance you need to adhere to that might have changed recently in Bristol. With a range of add on services (below) you have the flexibility of our help as and when needed during each tenancy.

Our Let only service is £750. Unlike the others, if your tenant leaves within the first 9 months, we’ll replace for free!

Our services are priced based on the level of management you require:

  • Let Only: £750
  • Rent Collection: £750 + 5% per month
  • Fully Managed: 10% + VAT per month
  • Fully Managed Plus: 12% + VAT per month
